The Universal Chemicals sulfur forming plant is designed to safely, simply and economically convert liquid sulfur into hard sulfur pellets coated with 0.5% to 3% moisture, recognized as a preferred premium product by sulfur consumers all over the world.
The Universal Chemicals sulfur-forming process begins with liquid sulfur entering the top of its structure system through a steam or hot oil jacketed pipe.
A control valve sets the desired production rate and the liquid sulfur then flows in to a distribution system.
